Half or whole hogs, custom-processed, available several times a year.
Price is $4.00/lb. on the hanging weight, plus $30 on a half or $60 on a whole hog. If you order smoked
meat, we add $5.00 per half for bacon and $15.00 per half on ham. From this, we pay the processing
fees. Hogs generally dress out at 190-235 lbs. Using 200 lbs. as an average, you can figure $450 as a
general estimate on a half hog with smoked bacon and ham. Depending on your custom order, expect
75-85% of the dressed weight as actual pork on the table.
